Who reads my feedback?

The council employs officers who are independent of the teams working on individual projects, whose job it is to provide opportunities for local people to have their say. If you provide a written response to a consultation, we will read it, if you tell us something at a focus group or a ‘town hall’ meeting, we will listen to it. We’ll then pull out the common feedback and summarise it in a report which is reviewed by the project team and decision makers. We work with an organisation called Commonplace who provide the software which helps us collect your feedback through surveys.
